New Missouri MeerschauM Hardwood Pipe
OZARK MOUNTAIN (Cherry Or Maple)

Choice Of Bent Cherry Or Straight Maple / Black Or Amber Bit

The Ozark Mountain is a filtered pipe with a HARDWOOD bowl that mimics the shape of a corn cob pipe.  Available in both straight and bent. This pipe features a bent filtered stem. This is smaller than most of our pipes, but larger than the smallest.

The filtered stem of your new Ozark Mountain pipe comes ready to go with only one Medico filter, so you might consider adding a pack or two of our inexpensive filters to your order.

Here's a video that I shot when we added the Ozark Mountain pipe to our line.

Excellent Pipe!
This was my first pipe and had to learn how to smoke with this pipe. Have to say it was an excellent first pipe in my opinion. Also since it's so cheap you won't mind if you lose, break, or damage it. If you have any friends who are interested in pipe smoking, this would make a great gift. No complaints from me!

Nice little pipes
Picked up the bent stem for a bud of mine and the straight stem for myself and we sure do like these! I especially like my friend's bent stem - I'll be more than likely to get one for myself in my next order. I can agree with the reviews that claim there is a bit of a funny taste as they do stain the entire inside of the bowl. The flavor does go away after a short time though. I will say that the bowl is essentially the same size as on my legend, only a few mm shorter. The outside diameter of the wood bowl however is much slimmer than the cob. I also picked up an amber Danish bit, and boy does it look good in the straight stem pipe! If you're looking to freshen up the looks of your pipe, I highly recommend getting one of those bits.

Ozark Bent Hardwood Pipe
This is my favorite of all my MM pipes. It stay cool, when the inside is sufficiently charred it gives wonderful flavor. Mine sits perfectly on an end table which is a bonus. Being that its hardwood its very durable and im not afraid to drop it. Going to order some more of these from you and some more of the maple pipes. God I just love these hardwood beauties!! Thanks for offering them!

Mr.
I recently ordered a Missouri Meerschaum "Ozark Mountain" Hardwood Cherry Bent Stem Filtered Pipe from you. I fell in love with this pipe immediately! I've been smoking pipes since my early twenties. I am now in my early seventies (72) so I know a tad about pipe smoking. I must tell you -- this pipe draws as easily and smoothly as any pipe I have ever owned. It is extremely light weight and the bend in the stem is perfect for scribes like me who spend many hours a day at the keyboard writing. The bowl DOES get hot. I have learned to handle it gingerly, mostly by the stem, when it goes into nuclear mode! The bowl could be a bit larger. (I'd like it to hold a larger load) But, hey! ... I'm happy with it. I now have two of these pipes and I'll be ordering another soon. Just wanted you to know how satisfied I am with the purchase. Oh, and I received it in approximately 48 hours! Way to go! Thanks for a great product! Bill G.

Hardwood
It's been one year since i've gave the first review for these pipes.Well all i can say is after smoking briar, meerschaum and corn cob pipes and various tobaccos, i have to say between your taste buds and the way the wood meets the tobacco is when and only then will you find the mate for that awesome smoke. These hard wood pipes need to be broken in. For those that say the varnish is too rough to deal with, i guess since i did not know any better when i first tried them, i thought that this was part of the smoke.Anyway i guess i muddled through that part and have had nothing but great smoking.I have been smok'in these pipes and have found that no matter what you smoke, these pipes deliver plenty of smoke effortlessly. These H.W.pipes and cobs that MM makes are pretty much the same as for as smoking characteristics. You just need to stumble upon the right combo.Surprisingly for me after trying many blends and styles i find that Prince Albert rang my bell.Sure there are other blends that i like but in a birch pipe this has me craving for a bowlful of it.I dig the style of these no nonsense pipes along with there counter parts ( the corn cob) which gives the same draw but is a little different in taste.Once the pipe cakes it takes the heat pretty good considering the walls of the pipe is not overly thick but does its job as a crucible. Pack it right and it will treat you with a great smoke.Long live the hard wood pipe!!
